Talking therapies

Talking Therapies provide treatment to adults who are struggling with symptoms of common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress. We are here to support you to manage your mental health and improve your wellbeing.

Adult ADHD and Autism - self referral process

Patients aged 18 yrs or over can now self refer for ADHD and Autism assessment, there is no requirement to discuss this with a GP prior to using either of the self referral pathways. Please see below Links for more information
